We meet on the last Tuesday of each month (normally) in Heyford Park near Bicester to reconnect, share what’s actually going on, swap ideas and build relationships that grow because people keep showing up - not because they shouted the loudest.
You’ll recognise faces. Conversations pick up where they left off. And there’s a sense that you’re not building your business in isolation.
Most months include a short Community Spotlight / Bizboost Session- something practical and down-to-earth to spark ideas. Useful? Absolutely. The main reason to come? Not really.

Hi 👋 I’m Andy Selway-Woolley and I run HeadFirst Hypnotherapy based in Heyford Park, Oxfordshire (and work online). I support people to feel clearer, calmer, and more in control when life starts to feel overwhelming or stuck.
Using Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, I combine practical, forward-focused coaching with a calm, gently therapeutic depth. This approach helps the brain step out of unhelpful thinking patterns, regulate emotional responses, and build more resilient, confident ways of responding to everyday challenges.
I work with people around anxiety, self-confidence, low mood, weight management, and fears or phobias. I particularly enjoy supporting small business owners, where this approach can help reduce overwhelm, improve focus and decision-making, and support a healthier relationship with work alongside personal wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Andy Selway-Woolley — Founder of Heyford Park Business Network and Clinical Hypnotherapist
Hi 👋 I’m Andy Selway-Woolley. Alongside running HeadFirst Hypnotherapy here in Heyford Park, I created Heyford Park Business Network because I believe business works better when people feel supported, not isolated.
I’ve previously organised and grown successful networking groups in London and Hertfordshire, and when I moved to Heyford Park, it felt like the perfect place to create something similar — but lighter, more relaxed, and much less formal. A network for local small business owners and solopreneurs who want real connection, not pressure or performance.
At heart, this Network is about people. Bringing business owners together, helping confidence grow, encouraging collaboration, and making the whole experience of running a business feel a bit less lonely and a lot more supported.
Whether you’re a confident networker or quietly stepping outside your comfort zone, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Think friendly faces, good conversations, plenty of encouragement — and a few laughs along the way.
